1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phww3 ("phww3," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phww3 online gaming platform available at phww3.net and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered by phww3, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on phww3, you are required to create a registered account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number.

phww3 employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed:

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on phww3. Attempts to create multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — will result in suspension of all related accounts and permanent forfeiture of any associated funds and bonuses.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phww3 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

phww3 recommends that you use a strong, unique password and enable any two-factor authentication features available on the Platform. You should never access your phww3 account from a shared or public device without logging out fully upon completion of your session.

Any activity carried out through your account — whether or not you authorised it — is deemed to have been conducted by you and is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the phww3 support team immediately via live chat.

phww3 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from phww3 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

5. Deposits

phww3 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used.

All deposit transactions are subject to the following conditions:

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your phww3 account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on your account, where technically possible.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

phww3 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses awarded by phww3 are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Platform
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phww3 staff or other players
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the Platform without prior written consent from phww3

10. Responsible Gaming

Any unauthorised use of phww3's intellectual property may result in the termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phww3 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game
• Technical errors, system failures, or connectivity issues
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Decisions made in reliance on information provided on the Platform

phww3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your phww3 account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phww3's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

13. Amendments

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and phww3, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting phww3 customer support in good faith. phww3 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Both parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
